Jacki Abbey, founder of NorthPoint Strategy, is a leadership development and strategy expert.
Using her considerable experience, Jacki works with clients to understand their business and leadership needs and develop strategic initiatives that help build a healthy corporate culture and contribute to the organization’s bottom line. She is a frequent speaker on leadership development, communication strategies and entrepreneurship. She has directed an annual leadership conference that draws nearly 400 leaders from the Washington metropolitan area. She has a Bachelor of Arts from UCLA and an MBA from Georgetown.
Jacki has served as a confidential advisor and facilitator to numerous senior-level decision makers and individual teams in addressing issues that impact professional relationships, team dynamics, and bottom line results. Her experience is derived from a varied career in business development, communications and strategic planning with companies and organizations such as Time Warner, the White House, Verizon, WorldSpace and smaller companies in a variety of industries.
