Five Keys to Effective Teams
Explore the five critical areas that determine a team’s success or failure: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results. As we unpack each of these areas, participants will recognize what gets in the way of their own team’s effectiveness. Team members will develop a set of expectations and identify behaviors that they can commit to individually and collectively. A team assessment can also be included in the workshop.
Building a Smart and Healthy Organization
Leaders need a vision, framework, and vocabulary for a healthy thriving corporate culture that executives and staff can strive towards and measure themselves against. As a result of building an understanding of these concepts, participants can reduce the level of office politics (and maintaining that reduced level), and illuminate and address existing dysfunctions.
Critical Conversations:
What to Say and How to Say It
Equip managers to address sticky issues with colleagues, often and effectively. Participants learn the key components of effective conversations and practice the skills by reframing their own conversations. Critical conversation skills contribute to great teams, great organizations, more effective working relationships and a healthy culture.
Strengths-based Teams
This workshop helps team members identify their talents and strengths. Participants will learn how to:
a) understand their strengths and how to best leverage them for the company;
b) identify and develop individual skills in areas of strength;
c) leverage the strengths of those who work with them and for them.
Competitive Leadership Advantage
Using StandOut, a customized strengths process for leaders and managers, recently developed by Marcus Buckingham, this training assists leaders in determining their individual competitive advantage and utilizing that to make better leadership choices. This workshop incorporates Strengthsfinder and other assessments.
Thriving in Change
This workshop provides team members with a vision for managing change in a constructive manner and provides several tools for navigating an unpredictable work environment. Participants will determine how they can best contribute during times of transition and have an opportunity to practice new skills.
