Emerging Leader Program

The Emerging Leader Program is designed for mid-level managers, those who have recently moved into leadership positions, and others who’ve been identified as having high leadership potential. This practical training program consists of a series of workshops, assessments and small-group and one-on-one coaching.

Assessments – Participants will undergo a variety of assessments of their leadership competencies and decision-making skills. The assessments offer detailed feedback and provide a foundation on which each participant can build upon throughout the program.

Workshops – The program includes several workshops that cover essential leadership and communication skills. Seminars will focus on topics of conflict management, leading strategically, developing leadership character, and communicating on delicate topics. The seminars typically include six to ten participants and are highly interactive. Participants hone their interpersonal skills, share ideas and push each other to grow.

Small Group and Individual Coaching – Each participant will have a chance to meet for individual and small group sessions to discuss their assessments, focus on developmental issues that are of particular relevance to each individual, and set goals for changing habits and establishing new leadership behaviors.

Accelerated Leadership Development Program
A shortened version of the Emerging Leader Program geared toward technical professionals who need to enhance their interpersonal and communication skills, and fine-tune a few key leadership skills.
